Company Profile of Cambridge Management Development Our Founder Dr Sean Murphy is the Managing Director of Cambridge Management Development. He has 25 years experience working in Senior Management and Learning and Development roles for Blue Chip companies including, Unilever, British Gas and Transco. He has worked internationally in Russia and Egypt and more recently in Spain and the USA as well as throughout the UK. He has a PhD in Chemistry and an MBA from the London Business School. Our experienced support team will undertake research, produce learning resources and provide written reports as requested by our clients. In addition, we liaise regularly with a network of Associates who work with us to enable us to provide high quality services to satisfy our clients' needs. Based in East Anglia, Cambridge Management Development works closely with organisations in both the public and private sector and as well as other consultancies to deliver Learning and Development solutions tailored to their specific requirements. We bring the latest in training expertise and methods backed up by extensive practical experience. How will we work with you? Cambridge Management Development will provide an initial assessment of your needs for free and develop a detailed proposal for you ahead of any commitment. We will use the latest models and techniques to help analyse the issues.
